Felixdb ltd is an architectural design company specialising in residential design throughout London and the South of England.

We offer a personalized design service from planning applications through to joinery drawings. We can offer the latest technology professional CAD drawings, BIM Revit 3d Models and computer and hand drawn visualizations.

The company director and founder Felix Padfield has been working in high end residential refurbishment since 2004. He has worked on projects ranging from super prime apartments in Belgravia, complete rebuilds in Kensington, to more conventional refurbishments and extensions throughout London.

After studying design at Central St Martins, Felix worked in architectural and interior design before transferring to design and project management.

Following an enquiry we will visit the property often within a couple of days to provide a one on one consultation free of charge.

From measured survey we can submit a planning application in two weeks. Often clients may require us to submit planning at exchange on a property so that planning permission and construction can start at completion of the sale of a property.
