Felixdb ltd is an architectural design company specialising in residential refurbishment in west London. 

We offer a personalized design service from planning applications through to interior design and joinery drawings. We can offer professional CAD drawings, BIM Revit Models, three dimensional isometric drawings, and computer and hand drawn visualizations.

The company director and founder Felix Padfield has been working in high end residential refurbishment since 2004. He has worked on projects ranging from super prime apartments in Belgravia, complete rebuilds in Kensington, to more conventional refurbishments and extensions in Queens Park and Kensal Rise.

After studying design at Central St Martins, Felix worked in interior design before transferring to design and project management.

Following an enquiry I will visit the property often within a couple of days to provide a one on one consultation free of charge.

From measured survey we can submit a planning application in two weeks. Often clients may require us to submit planning at exchange on a property so that planning permission and construction can start at completion of the sale of a property.
